The past few days have been big ones for Toronto-based renewable energy developer Cordelio Power. As fellow Canadian company Pattern Energy announced the completion of its acquisition of Cordelio, New York state regulators gave the green light for a large Cordelio solar project in the state.
On Friday, Pattern Energy announced that it had completed the purchase of the renewable energy developer, whose 1.55-gigawatt portfolio spans the U.S. and Canada.
