Joint venture partners Orsted (Fredericia, Denmark) and Skyborn Renewables (Hamburg, Germany) filed a supplemental complaint in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia challenging a suspension order issued December 22 by the U.S. Department of the Interior.
