Deputy Director-General DJ Nordquist called for urgent action by WTO members to complete the acceptance and implementation of the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies and to advance negotiations on additional disciplines targeting overcapacity and overfishing. She delivered her remarks on 27 May at the Monaco Blue Initiative in Monaco.
