A 16-year FBI employee claims he was fired for displaying a Pride flag at his desk, which he says was given to him by the bureau. The lawsuit accuses FBI Director Kash Patel and other agency leaders of violating his First Amendment rights and seeking to intimidate and silence LGBTQ employees nationwide.
