“I love murder mystery and binge watched with my partner and I’m absolutely hooked, I love it.”
The latest series of Celebrity Traitors had its fair share of dramatic moments and shock reveals, but its soundtrack has done much to create the moody atmosphere, with its brooding covers and cinematic compositions.
Dorset singer-songwriter Lloren, real name Lauren Bannon, has had three of her songs featured during some of series two’s most explosive moments.
“It was only this series that I was like ‘Do you know what, I need to watch this’ because… I thought this, this sounds like a bit of me,” she said in the countdown to the show’s explosive finale on Friday evening.
Lloren studied music production at Southampton Solent University, with her influences including Lana del Rey, Taylor Swift, and Sigrid.
She first came to the nation’s attention in 2018 when she reached The Voice UK final, external, and released her debut album It’s Always Sunny in LA last year.
The songwriter has had her music featured in shows ranging from Grey’s Anatomy and I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, to Love Island.
